From design concept through to reality

CMS have over 15 years of experience in producing bespoke products for UK/European clients. Our portfolio of products range from small Nylon mouldings, Castors, Bases, PU arm pads, adjustable arms in steel and nylon through to die cast aluminium mechanisms and back supports (Donati Spa). Through our international purchasing group we can, in some circumstances offer development and tooling cost sharing for clients from Europe or America with a common interest in OEM projects, so significantly reducing project and production costs for both parties.

We are also able to obtain significant contributions towards tooling costs direct from the production facility when the ability for split territorial sales exist.

More recently CMS have started to offer complete tooling solutions for new chair projects with in house development and 3D CAD drawing abilities. We are often able through our partnerships to overcome engineering development problems and offer full in house mechanical solutions. Rapid prototyping is available at very competitive prices and constant research into new materials is ongoing.
